If you believe it to be hacked, I would recommend changing your password and enabling 2FA:

Enable 2FA
If you cannot login I would recommend using the account recovery form:

I cannot log into my hotmail email
They are in my phone not physically but they change passwords,, my phone name, my name in general my lock codes,,fingerprint code, delete apps, phone numbers, all settings, volume, ringtone, wallpapers, turn my wifi on and off, deleted my previous email ÿaddress (first time in 15 years) along with my whole account, deleted my contacts, messages and notifications over and over, login and out of my accounts. Now claiming going to buy a bunch of stuff from samsung with my card but every other time i go to log in anywhere, i start getting notifications from accounts ---we need to verify and says wrong user or password isnt valid from 5 digit number code usually 22000 or a 1-888 # and wont stop all day and night and everyday for 2 weeks now.
