    I know I was hacked because they changed everything about my account all the emails and passwords

    How do you get hold of Microsoft to resolve this. I have trued multiple ways online and no luck. Please help!

    I did!

    Step by step, like your answer offers, but a few days left and he/she/it was back again.

    Day by day by day i try to get back and save my personal Informations and my email adresses.

    The 1st one is so close connected with my life over 30 years now and its gone. For me a tragedy because i used it the half time of my life and i used it for contacts worldwide in private ways and for buisness of course too...and now everything is gone with an Anti-Malware Package offered by my network provider.

    I paid for it every month. Horrible!

    Anyway, thanks for trying to help me!

    I've changed Pswd with High mix of Number and lettera, It serms ok now,i'm booking of It works.
