If you believe it to be hacked, I would recommend changing your password and enabling 2FA:

Enable 2FA
If you cannot login I would recommend using the account recovery form:

My account has been hacked.
I went to log into my account and on another device and it ended up giving an error, saying that my account does not exist, and when I looked deeper I discovered that they had changed the email. on my original device, in the microsoft store the account in which the email was changed has the email I know. but when I go to the Microsoft website, it says that the email has been changed to 2 Outlook emails. I tried to open the recovery ticket in the form, but it still says that the account does not exist.
My ******@live.com has been jacked. Someone is receiving my mail and my son's Microsoft e-mail as well. We both have live.com, and we have both been jacked. ******@live.com; on Saturday March 16, 2024.
A request for $2,000.00 for a deposit of Bigcon account. My son never requested it.
