If you believe it to be hacked, I would recommend changing your password and enabling 2FA:

Enable 2FA

HELP ME PLEASE
I had a warning screen come up and locked my computer. I called the Microsoft phone number posted and got a person named Calvin Miller MS 920057 ex 209. He had me download Ultraview. He examined my computer and said I had been hacked. He turned me over to a hack recovery tech who has contacted me daily saying my IP address has been compromised and he was removing these hacks .
I don't know what to do!
Minha conta cujo o email é ******@gmail.com foi roubada e trocaram o email, agora toda vez que tento logar aparece como se não existisse, é uma conta muito importante e com deveras informações importantes.
como pode ver eu ainda possuo acesso pelo menos no Microsoft Store, mas de forma limitada, não consigo abaixar nada e muito menos ver informações, mas em aplicativos como Minecraft, Xbox, Mojang e ate mesmo o próprio site da Microsoft.
Analisando e investigando descobri dois possíveis nomes ou emails de usuários.
Com essas informações fui mais afundo e descobri o que seria um email opcional para enviar codigo para entrar, mas ele esta oculto. favor retirar essa conta dele e me reenviar a conta
