If you believe it to be hacked, I would recommend changing your password and enabling 2FA:
Change Password
Enable 2FA
If you cannot login I would recommend using the account recovery form:

I was billed by a company called Microsoft Ultimate. When I searched for their company under the name of msbill.info, I found out that a lot of people had the same thing done to them as well.
I think my Microsoft account has been hacked.
Recently on 19th of march someone hacked my account and now i am logged out of it and can't get back in. The account was (removed ******@gmail.com) and now it is (removed PII @fmailler.net), i have purchased items using this account, my Xbox Live account (removed PII) is also affected by it. Kindly reassign the my account me plz its a humble request to you. For any info contact me removed PII or Email me on removed PII @gmail.com. I would be waiting for your reply.
