Trying to upload to my onedrive personal vault and when I select photos it says “ You don't have permission to upload to this location.”

Everything was working fine it was just suddenly it stopped letting me upload. I have tried reinstalling app and nothing.

    Android user here, that's how I used to upload to OneDrive Personal Vault and I've been having this issue for months. I've just been uploading to OneDrive then moving all the things I upload to the vault afterwards. It's annoying, but it's fine I guess.

    I also am also having this problem, trying to upload a photo from my iPhone to my OneDrive Personal Vault. The app is updated, the vault is unlocked when I try to upload, I have plenty of storage space remaining in OneDrive, and confirmed OneDrive has full access to photos within my phone's settings. Has a fix been found for this?

    You have to send your photo/video to your Personal Vault by...

    1 Open photo app

    1. select a photo/video (or multiple ones
    2. touch the send to icon
    3. Touch the OneDrive icon
    4. Touch Files
    5. Touch Personal Vault
    6. Open Personal Vault8.
    7. Touch Upload here
