Trying to upload to my onedrive personal vault and when I select photos it says “ You don't have permission to upload to this location.”

Everything was working fine it was just suddenly it stopped letting me upload. I have tried reinstalling app and nothing.

    I do have the same... when I upload a photo as a document, it's ok. and also take a photo and upload it, it's fine.

    I can't upload a photo directly to my personal vault.

    I'm also having the same issue from my Pixel fold. Whenever I try to upload a file directly to the Vault, I get "the selected items couldn't be uploaded to OneDrive." Been happening for about a month or so now.

    I am having the same problem. Unable to upload files into it except when I snap a photo directly into it.

    Thanks for the reply but I have already made sure all does are correct.

    And it still says the same thing when trying to upload. It lets me upload straight from my photo albums but not when uploading in the app.

    • Your Personal Vault might be locked. You need to unlock it before you can upload files to it. To do this, go to the OneDrive app on your phone, tap on the Personal Vault icon, and verify your identity with your chosen method.
    • Your OneDrive storage is full or almost full. You need to free up some space before you can upload more files to your Personal Vault. To do this, go to the OneDrive app on your phone, tap on the **Me** icon, and check your storage usage. You can also delete some unwanted or unnecessary files from your OneDrive or Personal Vault, or upgrade to a higher storage plan.
    • Your OneDrive app is outdated or corrupted. You need to update or reinstall the app to fix any bugs or glitches that may prevent you from uploading files to your Personal Vault. To do this, go to the App Store or Google Play Store on your phone, search for the OneDrive app, and check if there is an update available. If not, you can uninstall and reinstall the app.
    • Your phone's settings or permissions are blocking the OneDrive app from accessing your photos. You need to allow the OneDrive app to access your photos and other files on your phone. To do this, go to the Settings app on your phone, find the OneDrive app, and check if the permissions for photos and files are enabled.
