Everything was working fine it was just suddenly it stopped letting me upload. I have tried reinstalling app and nothing.

OneDrive is slowly turning into trash. I can no longer upload files directly to my Personal Vault and couldn't get help for that. I can longer watch videos that are already uploaded onto OneDrive and simultaneously have an open call and couldn't get help for that. It seems like I'm paying for storage with no support if ever needed. A waste.

You will need to select your photo on your iPhone then select the box with the up arrow in the lower left corner. Then you will select your OneDrive then select files, then select Personal Vault. You will probably need to use touch or face recognition to enter the PV but then you can upload them there.
You can only upload 30 at a time but it’s better than nothing.
I reached out to OneDrive support and they suggested that I update my OneDrive app version 7.3.2. It's currently at 7.2.1 with no update available. I've even uninstalled the app to get the latest update upon reinstall and got nothing.
