Everything was working fine it was just suddenly it stopped letting me upload. I have tried reinstalling app and nothing.

Same issue here. All troubleshooting performed per original help, plus a lot more.
Problem is tied to iphone photo library uploads only. Microsoft really should acknowledge the issue.

Ran into the same error today from my iPhone, but it works from my Win11 workstation.
Please fix it soon.
