I have Microsoft Office 365 subscription and recently noticed that I am unable to use any premium features on my iPhone office apps which I was previously able to access. Sometimes before when I’d open OneDrive or PowerPoint it would prompt me to re-login and that would allow everything to work properly but lately I don’t see any error or notification, logged into the account but no premium features. And when I click on one l, such as the PowerPoint speakers notes button it gives error that it’s a premium feature for Officr 365 subscribers. Any tips?

    Hello usengineer,

Thank you for writing us here in Microsoft Community.

I understand that you are having issues signing in with your account. I just want to ask a few questions as to narrow down the problem. It is important to answer this to provide more detailed troubleshooting steps.

    1. Can you post a screenshot about your issue?
    2. Can you share what type of office subscription you have?

Here are some troubleshooting steps that may help resolve your solution:

    1. Clear cache: Clearing the cache on your iPhone or iPad can help resolve sign-in issues. To do this, go to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data.
    2. Uninstall Office: If clearing the cache doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Office app on your iPhone or iPad. To do this, press and hold the Office app icon until it starts to jiggle, then tap the X to delete it. Then, go to the App Store and reinstall the app.
    3. Check your internet connection: Make sure you have a stable internet connection and that your device is connected to it. You can try resetting your Wi-Fi router or connecting to a different network to see if that resolves the issue.
    4. Check your Microsoft 365 account: Make sure your Microsoft 365 account is active and that you have the correct login credentials. You can try resetting your password or contacting Microsoft support for assistance.
    5. Update your device: Make sure your iPhone or iPad is running the latest version of iOS. You can check for updates by going to Settings > General > Software Update.

Let me know if the issue persists, and we can have other options.

I hope you find this information helpful.
