Can confirm, after looking everywhere I discovered that the charge MICROSOFT*14 DAY T $18.38 ($16.89 + TAX) is a legit charge and it was on my son's account for XBOX GAME PASS ULTIMATE. >:(

Recommendation: log into every know Microsoft email your family has and check under the Services and Subscriptions tab.

The charges are for their gaming subscription service called XBOX GAME PASS ULTIMATE. So at some point in time, maybe you gifted it to a child and never turned off auto-renewal. You can cancel/turn it off on this screen.

Microsoft Account > Services and Subscriptions > Manage > Cancel Subscription.

If it isn't under your email, it will be a family members Microsoft email that you will have to check. (I had to log into my son's Microsoft email)
