I need to cancel my subscription please
I am being charged monthly for a 14 day microsoft trial ($16.89). What is this and why is it not showing up on my Microsoft account?

2024-05-06T19:10:47+00:00 The charges are for their gaming subscription service called XBOX GAME PASS ULTIMATE. So at some point in time, maybe you gifted it to a child and never turned off auto-renewal. You can cancel/turn it off on this screen.
Microsoft Account > Services and Subscriptions > Manage > Cancel Subscription.
If it isn't under your email, it will be a family members Microsoft email that you will have to check. (I had to log into my son's Microsoft email)
