I am being charged monthly for a 14 day microsoft trial ($16.89). What is this and why is it not showing up on my Microsoft account?

2024-04-26T21:48:57+00:00 I found this when searching the same. It was my kid's Xbox Game Pass. Why can't Microsoft just label the charge correctly?? If not Game Pass, at least label it Xbox. And the 14 day trial thing makes it look like a fraudulent charge which I have to waste time investigating.

2024-04-18T10:55:33+00:00 Hi, I am being charged $18.01 for the past like 6 months and I CANNOT find the account my credit card is linked to. I’ve tried contacting Microsoft they said they can’t do anything about it….
Credit Card company can’t either since i willingly entered the card info at some point in the past. Please help im literally being robbed $18 a month if I dont access the account its charging!!!!!
