    Can confirm, after looking everywhere I discovered that the charge MICROSOFT*14 DAY T $18.38 ($16.89 + TAX) is a legit charge and it was on my son's account for XBOX GAME PASS ULTIMATE. >:(

    Recommendation: log into every know Microsoft email your family has and check under the Services and Subscriptions tab.

    i need to cancel my subscription and get a refund because that was all of my money in my bank account which i was planning on using tonight but it has been removed from my account
