I am being charged monthly for a 14 day microsoft trial ($16.89). What is this and why is it not showing up on my Microsoft account?

If the bill is not shown on your MS Account you would need to file an unauthorised transaction with your cc company

Of course how that goes depends on your country.

If the MS Account cannot be identified then no one including MS can identify the charge

I had the same issue… realized it’s my xbox live game pass subscription. If you/ someone in your family plays xbox or anything that uses a live account I’d double check that.

Can confirm, after looking everywhere I discovered that the charge MICROSOFT*14 DAY T $18.38 ($16.89 + TAX) is a legit charge and it was on my son's account for XBOX GAME PASS ULTIMATE. >:(

Recommendation: log into every know Microsoft email your family has and check under the Services and Subscriptions tab.
