I found this when searching the same. It was my kid's Xbox Game Pass. Why can't Microsoft just label the charge correctly?? If not Game Pass, at least label it Xbox. And the 14 day trial thing makes it look like a fraudulent charge which I have to waste time investigating.

Hi Ande B!

I understand you received a message about the unknown charge of $16.89
What you need to do is to investigate the unknown charges.
To investigate the Unknown charges, please try the following:
Charges from Microsoft for consumer purchases will appear on your billing statement in columns with Date, Description, and Amount
MICROSOFT*ULTIMATE 1 MONTH MICROSOFT*CONSOLE 1 MONTH MICROSOFT*XBOX MICROSOFT*OFFICE 365
If you find any of the charges for any purchase that tally with the charges from the bank statement, you will need to cancel the subscription to get a refund.
See my comment on this thread on how to cancel and request for refund: https://answers.microsoft.com/thread/b3d79f7b-8624-4f6c-88ae-0f7e0eb4b07b
However, If the entry on your billing statement isn’t in one of the above formats, it may not be from Microsoft and may be an unauthorized charge in this case, you should contact your financial institution/ bank for help
I hope this helps give an insight into resolving the issue, kindly let me know if you require additional assistance, and I will be glad to help further.
Thank you for your patience and precious time.
Kind Regards, Shakiru
