Excel won't print more than one copy

Friends,

I just downloaded MS Office 365 for Mac. Excel will not let me print more than one copy of a spreadsheet. I spent time on the phone with Canon trying to resolve the issue (I have Canon printers). It is not a Canon issue (they said). Note: I can print as many copies as I want from Word documents. Also, I had no issue with printing multiple copies from Excel Office 2016 for Mac on my older MacBook. The issue seems to be with 365.

On another note: Word 365 messed up a nearly 300 page document I opened from Office 2016. The pagination (formatting or something) is all different. Which, wouldn't be a problem, except that I'm still printing section by section as we go through it and now the page numbers don't align). Though, I can print as many copies as I want, even from this document - just not from Excel.

    I began to follow the instructions; however, the second part didn't make sense. I was able to move the applications to the trash, but not to do the following:

    1. In Finder, press  +Shift+g.
    2. In the window that opens, enter ~/Library and then click Go.
    3. Open the Containers folder and ctrl+click each of these folders and Move to Trash. Note that some of these folders may not be present.
      • Microsoft Error Reporting
      • Microsoft Excel
      • com.microsoft.netlib.shipassertprocess
      • com.microsoft.Office365ServiceV2
      • Microsoft Outlook
      • Microsoft PowerPoint
      • com.microsoft.RMS-XPCService
      • Microsoft Word
      • Microsoft OneNote
    4. **Warning:**Outlook data will be removed when you move the three folders listed in this step to Trash. You should back up these folders before you delete them. Click the back arrow to go back to the Library folder and open Group Containers. Ctrl+click each of these folders if present, and Move to Trash.
      • UBF8T346G9.ms
      • UBF8T346G9.Office
      • UBF8T346G9.OfficeOsfWebHost

    the +Shift+g thing didn't bring anything up. I looked for the Library folder and found it, but none of the files/folders I was supposed to delete were there. I guess Microsoft doesn't play well with Apple and vice versa. Maybe I'll take the time to learn Numbers, Page, and Keynote. :(

    You referred to "... all of my printers". Are you having the same result on all of them?

    I'd suggest following the Apple Guidelines described at the end of this Apple KB:

    Troubleshoot Printing

    Unless you have at least a dozen printers resetting the Print system is far less time consuming & avoids the possibility of data loss, not to mention that reinstalling Office is a Windows solution which usually isn't necessary on a Mac
