Can’t use MS defender on my iphone even thought i have family subscription

Please kindly provide more details on the issue you're having. What do you mean you "can't use MS defender"? Is the app not downloading? Not working? Please give a more detailed breakdown about your desired outcome, steps you've taken, you can even provide screenshots if possible.

Thank you for responding.

I was able to download the defender app, as soon as I downloaded the app, it asked me to sign in. I signed in with my Hotmail account which is the same account I purchased the family subscription. Then the app asked me to start 1 months free trial or sign in with different accounts. I clicked on “sign in with different account “, it went back to the page with my Hotmail email address. Basically it just kept circling the two pages and going nowhere. I also restarted iPhone and deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times, issue remained and no tech was able to fix it. The last tech asked me to post my issue on forums. As you can see from the screenshot, the right top corner I already signed in with my Microsoft account GC (name initials), but this page keeps showing up asking me to pay for Microsoft services.

Make sure that no other anti-virus programs are running on your iPhone: Running other third-party endpoint protection products alongside Defender for Endpoint on iOS is likely to cause performance problems and unpredictable system errors.

Do not use a VPN.

I am in U.S and I am not using VPN. I do have AVG and McAfee for T mobile Apps installed on my iPhone. You think that’s the reason I can’t use Microsoft defender app?

Please uninstall the mentioned apps and try again.
