Can not have access to authentication app to login to sharepoint. how to solve?

Are you the tenant administrator? If not, you need to contact your IT admin for help - they can reset your authentication methods.

Local call charges apply. The automatic voice only talks in russian and our native language is azeri not russian. I guess Microsoft's support is not sufficient for small countries. And there is no option for english as well.

Yes, I am tenant administrator for my sharepoint account. I have my registered mobile phone, I know the password. I just set up an authentication login method for my account via an authenticator app. But now I have no access to my old phone. And I am not able to reset my login method.

Can you please advise now how can I speak with a Microsoft support team member in azeri or in English ?

According to the page, I see it supports English Technical support hours: Russian: Monday through Friday, 7 AM-8 PM Moscow English: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week But it doesn't mention how to get English... I'll ask my support contact.

My contact in support says to ask for English once you get a live person on the line. If that doesn't work, let me know.

And it keeps charging my bank account. I need to close this account, I am the tenant admin I have the login password and the registered phone number. Please advise.
