    Considering that this is an old thread, and you may encounter a similar situation under different conditions, we'd recommend you create a new thread in the community to get more detailed help.

    Meanwhile, as Julie mentioned that "The other answers below show that a patch for Windows 11 needs to be made", we're afraid that this needs to involve higher resources to help you further.

    In this situation, we sincerely recommend you contact your Microsoft 365 administrator if using work/school account, follow steps in this article and try to create a support ticket to contact Online Support. The support team over there has higher permission than us, they can remotely help check the situation on your side, involve more resource to collect logs and help you do troubleshooting. This would be a more efficient way in handling this case for you.

    It appears that you were not able to help with this issue. We can effectively bypass the problem with the Internet but... this is not the same at all.

    The other answers below show that a patch for Windows 11 needs to be made. Can you help us in any other way or give us an approximation for the patch to be implemented?

    Rhoda,

    I'm getting the same error message when my client is trying to sign into MS Teams and OneDrive desktop apps on Windows 11 laptop. Multiple users use the same laptop, with their own local (non-admin) accounts, but they have their own Office 365 E3 licenses/logins. They are successfully signed into the Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc), but Teams and OneDrive are separate and giving issues.

    I've tried uninstalling and re-installing Office, but the issue persists. I tried clearing the TPM cache, but the issue persists. I tried updating the registry key listed at https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook_com/forum/all/keyset-does-not-exist-outlook-throw-an-error-if-i/4205d705-10ca-4dbf-acca-a851c45bd212, but the issue persists.

    What do I need to try next?
