    Dear AhmedSohail,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

As per your description, it seems that you are trying to sign in OneDrive with your Enterprise account, however, error prompts.

If the understanding above is right, to help you better, we would like to collect more detailed information you're experiencing so that we can have a further investigation:

    1. Are you logging in to OneDrive sync client or OneDrive web site? Do they encounter the same situation?
    2. Did the issue happen in previous? If not, may I know when did it start to appear?
    3. How about the other members in your organization? Do they encounter the same issue in OneDrive?
    4. Would you please share your operating system version and OneDrive version with us?

Meanwhile, if you can access OneDrive website in browser as expected and having issue with OneDrive sync client, we'd recommend you Reset OneDrive, disconnect work account from Windows Settings > Accounts > Access work or school > find your Microsoft 365 work account and click Disconnect, Open Credential Manager > go to Windows Credentials > Generic Credentials > remove OneDrive Business credentials which is like OneDrive cached Credentials Business, Uninstall OneDrive and Reinstall OneDrive to check the outcome.

Welcome to post back when you have any update, we will continue doing best to assist you.

If the understanding above is not consistent with yours, please feel free to post back and point that.

Your understanding and patience will be highly appreciated. We hope that you are keeping safe and well!

    Thanks for your cooperation.

    Sincerely,

    Rhoda | Microsoft Moderator
