A family of Microsoft word processing software products for creating web, email, and print documents.
Hi guys -
Looks like it's now been fixed (11:30am (UK) time).
Restart your computers.
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
Each time I press the READ ALOUD button, it gives me this error message:
"To choose what voice you hear while using Read Aloud, sign in with your Microsoft account."
But I am signed into my MS account.
It appears that my credentials cannot be verified. When this happens, MS Word defaults to the 3 built-in voices.
Any ideas?

I duplicated the credential thing and I still have the weird login error and no natural voices. Wonder what is wrong?
What if I purchase a stand alone Microsoft Office and stop using Office 365. Will that fix this crazy issue?
I am having the same issue. I was redirected here by Fuad in response to my post.
For me it started on both my computers the same day, 7/11/23.
I have verified on both PC's that I am logged in on my Microsoft account. I have tried logging out and back into my account. I have rebooted both system. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Office 365 and verified both PC's are completely up-to-date. I have eve gone as far as reinstalling Windows 10 on one of they to see if it made any difference and it has not. So I don't think it's any windows update and have to agree it is something on Microsoft's side with verifying credentials.
