"To choose what voice you hear while using Read Aloud, sign in with your Microsoft account."

Each time I press the READ ALOUD button, it gives me this error message:

"To choose what voice you hear while using Read Aloud, sign in with your Microsoft account."

But I am signed into my MS account.

It appears that my credentials cannot be verified. When this happens, MS Word defaults to the 3 built-in voices.

Any ideas?

Hi guys -

Looks like it's now been fixed (11:30am (UK) time).

Restart your computers.

    This is the specific one I removed;

    It is under the Windows Credentials, not Web. I removed that. Logged out of office and then logged back in again. If you have MFA set up it should prompt you.

    What if I purchase a stand alone Microsoft Office and stop using Office 365. Will that fix this crazy issue?
