3/25 It's back!
I'm not sure if it works on every document, but it worked on one of mine!
(Edit on 4/26) It works on some documents but not on others... Does anyone else have the same problem?

Someone in the comment section said "The latest word, as of today, is "The latest update in the bug is that there are still some approvals that the team is waiting on. The Word team is treating this as a high-priority incident and is working to have this restored as soon as possible.". So anyone wondering for any updates, there it is...

I spent 2 hours on the phone with 3 different MS techs and they could not resolve the issue.
They said they would get back to me.

If you have been reading back, you will see that I have posted numerous times to say that the problem has been logged as a bug and is under investigation.
Hey, do you know the approximate time that this would be fixed? It's been under investigation for a while now, and I posted this almost a month ago. Do you have any updates? How come not everyone is having this issue? Why did it start late for some people?
