I'm not sure if it works on every document, but it worked on one of mine!
(Edit on 4/26) It works on some documents but not on others... Does anyone else have the same problem?

Someone in the comment section said "The latest word, as of today, is "The latest update in the bug is that there are still some approvals that the team is waiting on. The Word team is treating this as a high-priority incident and is working to have this restored as soon as possible.". So anyone wondering for any updates, there it is...

Same it was working last week, keep getting refresh your browser, something went wrong.
Microsoft 365 provided by the school. I have been using for weeks not sure why it is not working.
I am having this problem too and I can't find an answer. What is going on with the similarity report?

I am also having this issue. I get the "something went wrong, try again" shown in Rucky_frog's post below when using Word (I have version 2310, build 16924.20124).
When I tried on Office for Web (which I never use), it said "something went wrong, refresh your browser."
I have tried on several different documents in the last several days. The only one it worked on was a new document I typed one sentence into. Otherwise, it hasn't worked for me since November 7.
I use this feature regularly for my work; please find a solution soon!
My reply is not an answer! I am having the SAME PROBLEM as the OP, and I do not have a solution. We still need help.
