I'm not sure if it works on every document, but it worked on one of mine!
(Edit on 4/26) It works on some documents but not on others... Does anyone else have the same problem?

Someone in the comment section said "The latest word, as of today, is "The latest update in the bug is that there are still some approvals that the team is waiting on. The Word team is treating this as a high-priority incident and is working to have this restored as soon as possible.". So anyone wondering for any updates, there it is...

I am sorry you are getting some of the frustrations when it isn't your fault. If there is someone else we should be complaining to, please let us know.
If I knew it, I would have said so. If my Microsoft contact knew it, he would have said so. I have told you all I know.
The latest word from the Microsoft Word team is that they "followed-up with the crew for an update. It sounds like they were working with the Bing team on a fix." I guess that makes sense since this is a function that involves internet access and a browser.

OP updated again on 12/16 to say it was not working for them anymore either.
I already reported it through the Feedback option weeks ago. Is there anything else we can do to bring more attention or get an update from Microsoft? I need this feature for work.
