3/25 It's back!
I'm not sure if it works on every document, but it worked on one of mine!
(Edit on 4/26) It works on some documents but not on others... Does anyone else have the same problem?

Someone in the comment section said "The latest word, as of today, is "The latest update in the bug is that there are still some approvals that the team is waiting on. The Word team is treating this as a high-priority incident and is working to have this restored as soon as possible.". So anyone wondering for any updates, there it is...

I've been working with Microsoft over the past two days, many hours. After numerous attempts to resolve the issue, no results so far. The technician is contacting me next week to let me know the progress they are making on their end.
My similarity checker also stopped working in November. Still getting "Something went wrong. Try again."

Thanks for understanding. I understand that it is frustrating. We MVPs do try to keep nudging our Microsoft contacts for updates, but often they have nothing, either.
Any updates on this? I have worked with two technicians so far with no improvement. Thanks.
