OneNote Web Clipper will not sign in

OneNote Web Clipper extension on Microsoft Edge stopped working after I cleared browser caches with CC Cleaner.
It worked for a long time, but now it completely stopped working. It asks me to sign in, so I get this:
After I click on Sign in with a Microsoft Account, a window appears but there is no sign in flow, it does nothing but shows me a page "Get OneNote Web Clipper".
I'm unable to sign in, it appears that the login flow is broken. I'm already signed in to my personal Microsoft account throughout my apps and in my browser. I can access the OneNote application and https://onenote.com/ site without issues.
Please help if there is another workaround to mitigate this issue. If there's no fix I can't use the Web Clipper extension anymore.

2023-07-29T14:15:11+00:00 I already tried that...3 times!!! We need this bug fixed or I will definitely be deleting my subscription. I already don't like A1 being in my computer through the update...this is really irritating to be having on top of that!
