How did my Save As page change? (Word, Windows 10)

Since I got my computer years ago, when I clicked "Save As", my Desktop and recently used folders were the list of options. The past 3 - 4 days, instead of the usual locations, it's One Drive.

I DID NOT change things so how did this happen and how can I change it back. It is a true pain in my butt to have to click a bunch of stuff just to get to my Desktop.!

Every time Windows updates, something I didn't want to happen, happens. The ONLY other time this happened was back when Microsoft sabotages Windows XP. Seriously wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    If you click OneDrive in the File Explorer, you should see the icon for OneDrive in the notification area of the Windows taskbar. Click it, sign in (if necessary), and access the settings from there.

    In the screen shot below, my OneDrive icon displays with a backslash, because I am not signed in.

    Finally found my one drive but how do I get into it's settings?

    I have turned off the synchronization years ago. Unfortunately, I don't remember the details. You may have to sign in first and then access the settings.

    I am extremely technologically illiterate. I didn't understand what I was to do and, what I thought I was told to look into wasn't there.
