How did my Save As page change? (Word, Windows 10)

Since I got my computer years ago, when I clicked "Save As", my Desktop and recently used folders were the list of options. The past 3 - 4 days, instead of the usual locations, it's One Drive.

I DID NOT change things so how did this happen and how can I change it back. It is a true pain in my butt to have to click a bunch of stuff just to get to my Desktop.!

Every time Windows updates, something I didn't want to happen, happens. The ONLY other time this happened was back when Microsoft sabotages Windows XP. Seriously wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I finally found 1 drive settings. I attached what it looks like below. What am I to do from here?

    The Unlink this PC option seems promising. This is mentioned in the article to which I posted a link in a previous reply:

    If you read the different messages, you'd see I went to the link you sent and began to follow the directions, but got to a point that what I was told I'd see was not there. Now what do I do?

    This thread is now five pages long, and it is getting difficult to keep track of all replies and what has been said and not said. I am running out of ideas, I'm afraid.
