Hello
I’m Adeyemi and I’d be happy to help you with your question.
It sounds like the default save location for your files has changed to OneDrive. This can happen after a Windows update or if you have recently installed or updated OneDrive on your computer. You can change the default save location back to your computer by following these steps:
- Open any Office application, such as Word or Excel.
- Click on
File>Options>Save. - In the
Save documentssection, check the box next toSave to Computer by default. - You can also set the default local file location by clicking on
Browsenext toDefault local file locationand selecting the folder where you want to save your files by default. - Click on
OKto save your changes.
After following these steps, when you click on "Save As," your Desktop and recently used folders should be listed as options again.
I hope this helps!
