How did my Save As page change? (Word, Windows 10)

Since I got my computer years ago, when I clicked "Save As", my Desktop and recently used folders were the list of options. The past 3 - 4 days, instead of the usual locations, it's One Drive.

I DID NOT change things so how did this happen and how can I change it back. It is a true pain in my butt to have to click a bunch of stuff just to get to my Desktop.!

Every time Windows updates, something I didn't want to happen, happens. The ONLY other time this happened was back when Microsoft sabotages Windows XP. Seriously wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    It sounds like the default save location for your files has changed to OneDrive. This can happen after a Windows update or if you have recently installed or updated OneDrive on your computer. You can change the default save location back to your computer by following these steps:

    1. Open any Office application, such as Word or Excel.
    2. Click on File > Options > Save.
    3. In the Save documents section, check the box next to Save to Computer by default.
    4. You can also set the default local file location by clicking on Browse next to Default local file location and selecting the folder where you want to save your files by default.
    5. Click on OK to save your changes.

    After following these steps, when you click on "Save As," your Desktop and recently used folders should be listed as options again.
