How did my Save As page change? (Word, Windows 10)

Since I got my computer years ago, when I clicked "Save As", my Desktop and recently used folders were the list of options. The past 3 - 4 days, instead of the usual locations, it's One Drive.

I DID NOT change things so how did this happen and how can I change it back. It is a true pain in my butt to have to click a bunch of stuff just to get to my Desktop.!

Every time Windows updates, something I didn't want to happen, happens. The ONLY other time this happened was back when Microsoft sabotages Windows XP. Seriously wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you are running Windows 10, the Settings may be different from those of Windows 11. (Unfortunately, I don't have Windows 10 on any computer, so I can't test it.)

Did you have any luck changing the default save locations in Word?

I don't see Advanced Storage Settings.

Scroll down a little bit, and you should see Advanced Storage Settings", open it and you will see the option Change where new content is saved there.
