Hello Autumn!
Thank you for publishing in Microsoft Community.
I understand that you want to access advanced settings on PowerPoint print options. Just a warning that when it comes to the issues you are facing right now, our option is limited and we can only perform basic troubleshooting steps.
To access advanced printing settings for PowerPoint on Android, follow these steps:
- Open the PowerPoint presentation you want to print.
- Tap on the three dots icon in the top right corner of the screen.
- Select "Print" from the drop-down menu.
- Choose your printer from the list of available printers.
- Tap on the "Settings" button.
- Scroll down to the "Layout" section and select "Advanced".
- In the "Advanced" section, you can adjust the print settings, including the paper size, orientation, and scaling options.
- Once you have made the necessary adjustments, tap on the "Print" button to print your presentation.
If your slides are only filling the upper half of the sheet when printing, you may need to adjust the scaling options in the advanced settings. Try selecting "Fit to page" or "Scale to fit paper" to ensure that your slides fill the entire sheet when printed.
Hope this helps!
Regards,
