My computer is continusly asking me to sign into my microsoft 365 account through outlook or in settings. I put my password in, then 30 minutes later it asks for it again. Today I got the error message 29 stating it could not update my license. I checked to make sure it was active and my billing was updated and all was good. Please advise.

Thank you. Fixed my problem which started when I changed my password on a different Microsoft email account (account #2) and also linked my cell phone number on that account with the same cell phone number that was already registered on my Microsoft 365 account (account #1). It didn't like this, suddenly linking my Microsoft 365 account to that other email account which does not have a paid version of Microsoft 365 attached to it. My apps (Excel / Word /etc) refused to acknowledge the paid version of Microsoft 365 despite showing that the apps successfully logged into that account. This program fix corrected the problem. Thank you again.

    I'm running Microsoft® Outlook® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2407 Build 16.0.17830.20056) 64-bit.

    This is a bug.

Outlook will not activate itself while running in a RemoteApp session. You must connect to full RDP, activate it, then you can use your RemoteApp session. You don't have to disconnect or log out of your existing RemoteApp session, just make sure Outlook is closed, connect to full RDP, activate, close and log out, and then curse Microsoft's name for bad coding. Don't worry, I'm sure 10 years from now this will still be a bug in the latest Outlook.

Thank You so much, this worked for me too. I spent 2 full days trying to sign back in to the 365 apps, got "Unregistered" "Fix it", etc etc. Spent 20 minutes talking to Microsoft Support yesterday, when she tried to escalate the ticket, the phone disconnected repeatedly. So I had to wait 24 hrs to place another call today. After several disconnections, I was able to talk to a support person for an hour, who logged in and tried various things, Uninstalled and reinstalled, all with no effect. She then escalated my call, and again as soon as it picked up, I was disconnected. So I tried your resolution and it worked. I am so happy, Thank You!
