S pen writing not shown on OneNote android app until lift off screen. Any idea how to fix?

I have a Samsung galaxy S22 ultra. Writing in the OneNote app with my S pen has just become very tricky. Writing does not appear until I take the pen off the screen. So if you try to draw a circle, you do not know where you started until you finish your action and remove your pen from the screen. This only happens on my Galaxy S22 ultra. It does not happen on my Galaxy tab.

Has anyone experienced this and know a fix?

    Jazlyn,

    As you can see from the additional comments, this is not an isolated incident. It is affecting several users. I have done as you suggested and requested support via the contact link you gave me. There has been limited and poor response. I have been suggested basic changes to the Windows app or the web app, which is no use, as the issue is with the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra android app.

    Can you please escalate this?

    And I haven't even gotten an answer at all, although I opened two tickets to this issue. I basically can't use OneNote since more than one month. And I'm paying for subscription. I'm frustrated.

    Me too. I have a ticket open against my Family account and one open against my business. Both are not going anywhere, as I get basic replies to each, that are not SMART.

    Since beginning of August I have had the same problem as described. Also have two tickets open but no response at all and I think this is unfortunate.

    What opportunities do the admins of this forum have to make important improvement suggestions to your support?
