Hi Michele Macchi,

I believe Microsoft did fix this after about 3 weeks. I am currently accessing it through a blank Word document from my desktop and not online. However, I can also access it through my Outlook account online. Maybe you can try updating your Microsoft Office or 365. I'm not sure why it started working for me again. I was never notified by Microsoft or anyone. I just took a break from it for 3 weeks and then decided to try it through Outlook and it worked. Then I tried it off-line and it worked. It has been working ever since.

I know how frustrating this can be as most of us use it for production in our field of work. But hang in there, the Microsoft community does respond.

I am having the same problem. Stops at 94%. I've tried every suggestion that I could find. Clearing cache, switching browsers. I've got more than enough space on the drive.

I'm disappointed in Microsoft. This is the one feature that led me to subscribe to Microsoft 365.

I'm a news reporter and use it to transcribe longer interviews. Like other people here, I'll have to pay another service or miss a deadline.

stuck at 94% from Italy. Just a consideration... probably Microsoft cloud services received too much requests toward their allocated processing capacity. What it means? It means that with fixed revenues (the 365 subscriptions) it does not have enough money/margins to respond to a service that is becoming successful. You will see that it will now become a paid add-on and exceed 94%!

It would be nice if MS would at least let you know the service is down to keep us from wasting time. And maybe a way to let us know the service is back up. They do that in Outlook 365. Why not here?

I have spent hours researching the issue and done all of the Clear Cache/Clear History and tried it in Chrome, Firefox and Edge and in Private modes. No luck. 94% is all I get.
