Transcription stopping at 94%

Hi when i am trying to do audio transcriptions in word online and it stops when it gets to 94%

I have checked my storage and I have lots of room

Microsoft 365 and Office | Word | For education | MacOS

Hi Michele Macchi,

I believe Microsoft did fix this after about 3 weeks. I am currently accessing it through a blank Word document from my desktop and not online. However, I can also access it through my Outlook account online. Maybe you can try updating your Microsoft Office or 365. I'm not sure why it started working for me again. I was never notified by Microsoft or anyone. I just took a break from it for 3 weeks and then decided to try it through Outlook and it worked. Then I tried it off-line and it worked. It has been working ever since.

I know how frustrating this can be as most of us use it for production in our field of work. But hang in there, the Microsoft community does respond.

    I also have the same problem - I broke my item into segements - tried different files - emptied my cache on One Drive - nothing helps. It's a Microsoft issue

    You might also report it via the Help>Feedback facility.

    Any update?

    It will transcribe completely if you use the online version of the program - but it still gets hung up at 94% if you are using the program on your computer - every time - notwithstanding the size of the file, the status of your cache, etc. Come on guys, this is silly. At least acknowledge that it is a known issue at this point and maybe check in with a status update periodically (or, perhaps, fix the problem).
