Unable to use Microsoft To Do list on my Mac.

To List version : 2.102
Unable to use todo list on Mac. Have tried installing and re-installing multiple times, didn't help. Cannot do any action,
- Type in a task and hit enter nothing happens
- Goto setting and account, nothing happens

Firstly, it's important to note that Microsoft To Do is compatible with macOS 10.13 or later. So, please ensure that your Mac meets this requirement.
If your Mac meets the requirement, then the issue could be related to the version of Microsoft To Do that you have installed. Please ensure that you have the latest version of Microsoft To Do installed on your Mac. You can check for updates by opening the App Store on your Mac and clicking on the "Updates" tab.
If you have the latest version of Microsoft To Do installed and the issue persists, then it could be related to a corrupted installation. In this case, I would recommend completely uninstalling Microsoft To Do from your Mac and then reinstalling it. To do this, please follow these steps:
- Quit Microsoft To Do if it's currently running.
- Drag the Microsoft To Do app from the Applications folder to the Trash.
- Empty the Trash.
- Restart your Mac.
- Download the latest version of Microsoft To Do from the App Store.
- Install Microsoft To Do and try using it again.

The todo app worked on my macbook and no longer does. It's fine on my iphone.
I've reinstalled as described in your moderator comment above, still says: Quit Unexpectedly again and again...

2024-01-10T19:05:26+00:00 I am using Catalina 10.15.7 on a macBook (mid-2012), and have used Microsoft To Do list for years on both my laptop and my iphone. It recently stopped working, giving a "this application has quit" message. I have followed the directions above, and it still does not open, but gives no message. Would the older versions of other Microsoft products that I am running be affecting this?. My MSWord is 16.66.1
