Unable to use Microsoft To Do list on my Mac.

Mac version : Ventura 13.5.2

To List version : 2.102

Unable to use todo list on Mac. Have tried installing and re-installing multiple times, didn't help. Cannot do any action,

  1. Type in a task and hit enter nothing happens
  2. Goto setting and account, nothing happens

    I have the same issue - MacOS 14.3 and have downloaded and deleted ToDo multiple time. Tried to connect to my work O365. Then my school O365. Same issue - no tasks displayed. If I add a test task or create a test list nothing happens. I can access all my ToDos on the Browser or iOS/iPadOS but not on the Mac.

    To Do version is Version 2.110 (231121.0654)

    The tips shared by Grady Bridges fixed the issue for me.
