Unable to use Microsoft To Do list on my Mac.

3. Error Messages: I have received a specific error messages during the installation or while attempting to use the application. It does respond as (microsoft To Do has quit unexpectedly)

The issue is not resolved - I cannot open to do. When I click on it, the message box comes up that says:

Microsoft to do unexpectedly Quit - report / ignore / reopen

I've trashed the old, update the new, and it does the same thing.

My iMac is Version OS Catalina 10.15.7

The issue is not resolved. I have followed the steps you suggested, but to no avail.

Hello Rahul Gupta9, I had already tried what you suggest as someone else suggested earlier in this thread.

Any other suggestions are most welcome.

PS I may decide to use a different app all together if can't solve soon - anyone have other suggestions of an app that works on: Mac, Iphone and web?

I tried your solution a couple of times and also tried solutions proposed by others but I am still facing this issue on my MacBook pro version 11.6.8

I did this.

• Uninstall the To Do Mac app
• Open Finder and press CMD+Shift+G- Enter “~/Library/Group Containers” and delete “UBF8T346G9.com.microsoft.to-do-mac” folder- Press CMD+Shift+G- Enter “~/Library/Containers” and delete “Microsoft To Do” folder (might not be there and you can skip this.- Restart your device, download the app from the App Store and check.

Worked for me earlier today.
