Unable to use Microsoft To Do list on my Mac.

Mac version : Ventura 13.5.2

To List version : 2.102

Unable to use todo list on Mac. Have tried installing and re-installing multiple times, didn't help. Cannot do any action,

  1. Type in a task and hit enter nothing happens
  2. Goto setting and account, nothing happens
Microsoft 365 and Office | Microsoft To Do | Other

    I've had the same issue for a year now, and I stopped using it on my MacBook Pro (Late 2013, macOS Big Sur). I searched today to see if there was a solution or update but found nothing. Is this a conflict between Apple and Microsoft, or what is wrong with this?

    I have the same problem / symptoms as you.

    OS 14.5

    To Do: Version 2.125 (240614.0914)

    Clicking Account or Settings does nothing...

    This is a shame since I use ToDo across Android and various other devices...

    All working well except on MAC OS...

    It's impossible that Microsoft don't know what's wrong...

    (@Microsoft Support: Don't ask me to change browser or uninstall / reinstall TODO....)

    As everyone above.... We've already tried "Switching it On & Off again....."

    Hi Dr. Nico, Unfortunately, followed those directions of Grady Bridges from Nov 1, explicitly more than once. Still no go, appl tries to load and get that wild error message.

    The solution offered by Grady Bridges works for me and I have to say: thank you mate!

    This solution should be marked as approved as I wonder if people still reporting about the problem have tried it.

    Obviously if MS could fix the problem at the root instead of relying on the community, that would be great!

    I'm experiencing the same issue. I just upgraded to Catalina so I can use Microsoft Todo again on my laptop. Now, the upgrade works and I can open the app, but there is a # where my account profile should be and it won't let me select Preferences or Account. Not sure what to do from here.

    Anyone figure this out?
