    Dear CMG-J

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you

According to your description, my understanding is that when you use Visio web version, it seems that you cannot save your combined graphics. I would like to know whether my understanding is correct. If not, please feel free to correct me.

If my understanding is correct, I don't seem to have encountered a similar situation in my tests:

I would also like to confirm the following information:

What specific graphics do you use? If it is convenient for you, could you please try uploading the screenshot again.

We look forward to your reply. Thanks for your cooperation.

    Sincerely,

    Tin | Microsoft Community Moderator
