One Note keeps switching from drawing (Apple Pencil) to Text Mode. I am using the App on an iPad.

As the issue persists in some users' environments after they update the iOS operating system, I'm afraid that the next step may be to involve some logs for our related team to be further analyzed to find the root causes.

Opening a support ticket may be a direct way to fix the issues in their environments as soon as possible.

Our category may have limited resources on further investigating the related logs on iPad.

I have the same issue too. iPad Pro 2nd Gen with 1st Gen apple pencil.

I suggest you first check Albin's suggestion above to see if the issue goes away after you sync all notebooks. If no, please contact the administrator in your company if you aren't the administrator and let him open a support ticket to our related team as soon as possible so that they can help you fix the issue in your environment directly.

Hi, how did you sync your notebooks on the iPad? I have auto sync already on, and can’t see how to manually refresh - if that’s what’s needed.
