    Dear William,

Sorry for the inconvenience the issue caused in your environment.

I suggest you first check Albin's suggestion above to see if the issue goes away after you sync all notebooks. If no, please contact the administrator in your company if you aren't the administrator and let him open a support ticket to our related team as soon as possible so that they can help you fix the issue in your environment directly.

Thanks for your effort and time!

    Sincerely

    Dear Albin,

Sorry for the confusion and thanks for your effort to share the suggestions here.

As the issue persists in some users' environments after they update the iOS operating system, I'm afraid that the next step may be to involve some logs for our related team to be further analyzed to find the root causes.

Opening a support ticket may be a direct way to fix the issues in their environments as soon as possible.

Our category may have limited resources on further investigating the related logs on iPad.

Thanks for your understanding and have a nice day!

    Sincerely

    Possible solution:

For me, the update helped. At first. Then it start happening again an again. Then I noticed it happen with notebooks that are not synchronised. So I synchronised all notebooks (2 notebooks with more than 50 sections - clients) on my PC and also on my iPad. And now it works ok. We will see what the future will bring. :)
