One Note keeps switching from drawing (Apple Pencil) to Text Mode. I am using the App on an iPad.

Thanks for your updates and I understand that the issue should be solved as soon as possible.

As the issue is a feature issue, I'm afraid that it needs to be resolved by the related team directly.

If you buy the Microsoft 365 business subscription and have only one license, you should be the administrator of the subscription. You should be able to go to the Microsoft 365 admin center to open a support ticket. After submitting the ticket, the engineers there will contact you with the live-chat support and help you fix the issue at their side.

I have just created a completely new notebook. A few pages. For first two minutes it works.

I have functional 4 Notebooks with a lot of sections with pages for every workday. Copiing to a new Notebooks?

What if it is related to old vs new template used? If it depends when a template was created?

I deleted and reinstalled yesterday and enjoyed a good hour of normality. Then after some unknow click sequences it reverted back to normal.

And no explanation but must be related to so sequencing that results in reveerting to Text Mode-ie jumping from eraser to pencil or Home to Draw?

Did you manage to solve the problem you have succesfuly reproduced?
