    Maybe try with synchronising?

For me the update to new iOS have solved the problem until I stumbled on notes that weren't synchronised yet. Exactly the same symptoms. After synchronisation it is ok. I hope ;).

    Hi

I'm still struggling with the same issue.

I noticed that this happens almost every time I paste a screenshot.

Kindly look into this matter and resolve the issue.
