PowerPoint Slide goes black while in presenter view when casting from android phone or tablet to projector

While using a Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G or my Samsung A8 Plus tablet and using presentation view, the screen will go black while casting to my projector XGIMI Elfin Mini. This only happens in presentation view. If I don't use presentation view then I can cast the PowerPoint but I cannot see my notes. I connected my projector directly to my laptop via hdmi and I had no problem in presenter view to see my notes and the full presentation from the projector.

There is something wrong with presenter view when casting only.

    The issue is not resolved. I've already stated that I've given all the information I can. I think what is resolved is that there is lack of resolve on the part of Microsoft to fix this problem.

    You can not be serious. Do you really thing that issue which was first time reported 2 years ago is manically resolved just because someone did not complain for 3 days? You really think that your customers are compleete idiots?

    Hi,
    I'm having the same problem on Xiaomi note pro 9... this has nothing to do with Samsung, it's just a bug in the PPT android app.
