PowerPoint Slide goes black while in presenter view when casting from android phone or tablet to projector

While using a Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G or my Samsung A8 Plus tablet and using presentation view, the screen will go black while casting to my projector XGIMI Elfin Mini. This only happens in presentation view. If I don't use presentation view then I can cast the PowerPoint but I cannot see my notes. I connected my projector directly to my laptop via hdmi and I had no problem in presenter view to see my notes and the full presentation from the projector.

There is something wrong with presenter view when casting only.

No my friend this is not patience. This is pure powerless waiting. What else we can do we only can use concurrent sw. Problem known for years without fix means that thay give a f# ck about it. So that is about that.

    Hi Everyone!

We just got a response from our internal team.

And right now, they have provided some updates on the current issue. It seems that a number of users has been affected with these already.

They highly suggest that each of the users affected by the problem, Should file a feedback and submit logs if possible.

You can send a feedback by following the steps provided down below:

From a Microsoft 365 app, select your profile picture in the top left. Then choose Send Feedback.

Then after that you can also send us a screen recording of the problem and provide the us the make and model of the mobile devices that is currently being used. (phone manufacturer and model, projecter manufacturer and model).

We look forward to your reply,

    Sincerely

    Khou Sun

I have already sent a video the issue showing my Galaxy S20 and the issue it has. I don't see why I have to do this again. It is evident that this issue has occurred for some time not with no fix in sight. I'm not going to go through the whole process again of resubmitting info that I have already.
