PowerPoint Slide goes black while in presenter view when casting from android phone or tablet to projector

While using a Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G or my Samsung A8 Plus tablet and using presentation view, the screen will go black while casting to my projector XGIMI Elfin Mini. This only happens in presentation view. If I don't use presentation view then I can cast the PowerPoint but I cannot see my notes. I connected my projector directly to my laptop via hdmi and I had no problem in presenter view to see my notes and the full presentation from the projector.

There is something wrong with presenter view when casting only.

I've also been experiencing this since 2022. I reported it multiple times via the "send feedback" option, but never got a reply. I just gave up on using PowerPoint on my S10+ or S23 Ultra since the "Presenter View" checkbox was removed. I am able to present on my Tab S8 since I can still disable "Presenter View" there.
